  My Family and I have had Allstate for over 30+ years - Auto - Renters -On Emergency Road Service. We have been so satisfied with the expertise in customer care from a lot of employees at Allstate, but over 30 years and who knows how many cars and apartments I went through for my Insurance needs most of our help was with Ray Sullivan who is totally awesome - much respect for him, he has helped us so so much, other props go to Alicia Palma-Valencia she is the best and sweetest young lady on the phone I have ever had to deal with in some very scary situations, but she made me feel very calm every time, she would tell me it's ok calm down that's why I'm here to help you, that's why you have insurance. I love her for that. Thanks so much Alicia. With Ray and Alicia my family will always be in Good Hands with Allstate I really believe that!
